davidstrykerok this has been my fault because i knew that zope3 runs on 2.4 but i;ve installed leopard and it comes with 2.5 of course and i've never tried zopeprojekt and thought to check out if it works with 2.5 and now i know it doesn't thou it does not state on your blog post that it still requires 2.4 and not 2.501:48

davidstrykeri'll even compile it myself thou i had no issue in tiger with the binary of 2.4.4 if i'm not mistaken but it's still a better practice to go ahead and compile it just stated that i didn't have any issues even running the binary package of 2.401:50
